House of Lily — Shipping Policy
Where We Ship House of Lily currently ships within Europe only. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands via PostNL. Shipping within the EU means no customs fees and no VAT surprises at your door.

Shipping Rates Orders under €60 are charged a flat rate of €7.99 at checkout, regardless of your location within Europe.
Mystery Box Shipping
House of Lily Mystery Boxes are shipped separately from Ireland and may have different delivery times from our regular jewellery collection.
Estimated Mystery Box delivery times:
Ireland: 1–3 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Mystery Boxes are packed and dispatched from Ireland. If your order contains both a Mystery Box and regular House of Lily jewellery, your items may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking details.
Please note that Mystery Box delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods.
Processing Times All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order All orders include tracking. You will receive your PostNL track and trace code by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a few hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking link to activate. If you have not received your tracking code please contact us at hello@houseoflily.eu with your order number.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. House of Lily cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@houseoflily.eu with your order number and we will investigate with PostNL on your behalf.
